Phyllis Thomas

A relative newcomer to the art world, Phyllis was born in the Turner River country to the east of the East Kimberley’s Bungle Bungles.

Since Phyllis and family were removed from their homelands in the aftermath of  the stockman’s equal pay decision by the High Court in the sixties, they have made  their home in the tiny community at Crocodile Hole, just north of Warmun/Turkey  Creek.
